Cauliflower carrot beans stir fry

Cauliflower carrot beans stir fry
Ingredients:

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Onion-1 small size
Grated coconut- 2 tsp(optional)
Oil- 2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Sambar powder-1/2 tsp
Hing- a pinch
Turmeric Powder-a pinch
Vegetables(carrot+Beans+Cauliflower)- 250 gms,Chopped
Recipe:
In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal, then add onion.Cook till onion turns soft.
Add the chopped vegetables ,little water, hing, sambar powder, Turmeric powder and salt and cook till the vegetables turns soft.
Add  grated coconut and stir.
Serve with rice .

  1. simple and flavourful..love the additition of sambhar powder I never tried adding sambhar powder in dry curry..WILL TRY SOON.
