|Butter Keasri / Butter Semolina / Rava Kesari /Halwa|
Semolina / Rava / Sooji - 1 1/2 cup
Water- 3 cups
Butter - 1stick
Cashew- 10 nos
Oil- 1/4 cup
Melt the butter.Add the oil to it.Mix them and allow it to become hot.
Add the cashews and fry them till they turn little brown.
Fry the semolina / rava in the butter till the raw smell goes away
In a shallow pan add 3 cups of water and saffron color and bring them to boil.
Transfer the boiling water to the fried rava and mix that no lumps are formed and make sure that the rava / Semolina is cooked.
Add the sugar and mix till the sugar gets melted.
Turn off the stove before the kesari gets thickend.
This is a wonderful and a easy dessert , One of my kids Favorite dish and it could be prepared in 15 minutes.
