|Chutney Powder / Milagai Podi / Gun Powder|
Red Chilli - 10 nos
Urad dal - 3 times fistful
Channa dal- 6 tsp
Salt- to taste.
Dry roast all the above mentioned ingredients.
Grind it in to a coarse powder in a mixer.
Take 2 tsp of the chutney powder, Make a well in between the powder, add a tablespoon of gingely oil.
Mix together and serve with idly / Dosa.
