Ingredients:
Sweetened condensed milk - 14 oz , 392 Gms
Milk - 2 cups
Butter - 1 stick
Cashew - few
Procedure:
In a heavy Bottomed non stick shallow pan, Mix the milk and sweetened condensed milk .
Place this in the stove on high heat and keep stirring continuously.
Add Butter, cook till it becomes thick paste and turn off.
Cool the mixture till it can be handled by hand.
Grease the fingers and hand with ghee and make tiny balls from the mixture and flatten the balls.
Decorate with cashew or any nuts of your choice.
Store this in the refrigerator
Remove from the refrigerator one hour before you could use and serve .
