Besan Flour / Gram flour / chick pea Flour - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 2 pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - For Frying
In a Mixing Bowl add the Gram Flour , Rice flour , Baking soda , and salt and Whisk . Now add the water and make it in to a batter without any lumps like dosa Batter consistency ( Not too watery and Not too thick ) .
Heat oil in a Kadai , and take the Boondi making ladle and pour little batter on the ladle .
The batter falls through the ladle hole in to the hot oil .
Fry till the Boondi turns golden brown color .
Drain on a paper towel and allow it to cool . If you need some spicy just sprinkle some red chilli powder and serve it .
Store in the air tight Container and use it .
