| Vegetable Pulao Recipe |
Ingredients:
Chopped Vegetables - 1 cup , Chopped
Onions - 2 no , Chopped
Mint leaves - chopped
Cilantro - chopped
Basmathi Rice - 2 cups
Water - 3 cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - 1 stick
Cloves - 4 no
Bay leaf - 1 no
Ginger Garlic paste - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Whole red Chilli - 2nos
Method:
Add oil in a pressure cooker , add the cinnamon stick , cloves , bay leaf , mint leaves , cilantro leaves , onions and fry till they turn golden brown in color .
Add the Chopped Vegetables , Ginger garlic paste , salt and fry till they become crunchy .
Add yogurt .
Add water and bring it to boil .
Add rice , and throw some mint leaves and cover it with the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle .
Serve hot with Raitha .
