Badam Milk / Almonds Milk / Badam Pal

Badam Milk / Almonds Milk / Badam Pal
Ingredients:

  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Almonds / Badam - 5 no
  • Cardamon - 1 no
  • Sugar OR Honey - to taste
Method:

Add milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil .


Grate the almonds .


Add the grated almonds to the milk , also add the slit cardamon and bring it to boil in medium flame  or low flame for 15 minutes.


Filter the milk using the strainer , Or you could directly serve the milk with out filtration .


Add sugar or Honey if you need it . Serve hot or refrigerate for 2 hours and serve cold .
