|BitterGourd Dhal Curry / Karela Dhal Curry / Parupu Pavakkai / பருப்பு பாவற்காய்|
In a pressure Cooker add the moong dhal , tomato , green chilli , turmeric powder , and hing and cook for 2 hisses .Set aside
In a Frying pan , add oil , throw in mustard seeds and allow it to crackle , add the urad dhal and red chilli and fry for few seconds .Add the onions and bitter gourd and salt .Cook till they turn soft .
Transfer these contents to the dhal and mix . Allow these contents to boil for few minutes ,. Turn off .
The bitterness in dhal , goes well with Steamed rice and papad and also with roti and parathas .
