|Egg less Mango Ice Cream Recipe ( No Ice cream Maker )|
- Mango Pulp - 1/2 cup ( I used the Canned pulp , but the fresh ones could be pureed to pulp as well )
- Heavy Whipping cream - 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Sugar - to taste
In a Mixing bowl , add the whipping cream , sugar and vanilla Essence .
Using a beater Whisk them .
Add the Mango Pulp and continue to whisk .
Transfer this to a freezing bowl and freeze it for 2 hours .
Remove from the freezer , transfer the half set contents to the mixer and mix it well .
Transfer these contents to the freezing bowl and freeze it for over night . Enjoy the scoop after the ice cream gets well set .
